Cassiopeia Fedowich, also known as Cas, is a 21 year-old queer artist from Winnipeg, Manitoba and is currently studying jewelry design at OCAD University in Toronto. Throughout highschool, they experimented with mixed media and began an online shop called "Bugs' Breakfast" in 2020, to create jewelry with polymer clay, textiles, and ceramics.Cas often sold their work at craft shows and other community events under the name "Pastel Cas" while in Winnipeg. 

"Bugs' Breakfast" is an independent brand that emphasizes self expression through carefully crafted pieces, where the production process is equally as important as the final product. Cas gathers inspiration from nostalgia, nature and the world around them to create unique pieces of wearable artwork.

Bugs' helps support local small businesses by sourcing materials from other local shops, using local casting houses and repurposing or upcycling components that would otherwise end up in a landfill.
