please email me with details and images of your piece so we can begin the process of starting the repair.
repairs can be dropped off locally, or shipped back to us if needed.
returns
all sales are final.
please consider gifting unwanted jewelry to a friend or family member to minimize waste.
a recycling program for old and unwanted pieces is in the works.
how do you price your items?
items are priced by the following factors:
- cost of labour
- cost of materials (beads and findings are sourced locally)
- cost of packaging materials, notes, mailers, etc.
- shipping expenses
- website, domain, market vendor fees and promotional costs
shipping and local pickup
items may take up to 7-14 days for processing from the date of purchase to be shipped. items are shipped through canada post. if you need to receive your order as soon as possible, or by a certain date, email me and we can figure out which shipping option would work best for you. Bugs' Breakfast is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
local pickup is available for those in downtown toronto. pickup can be scheduled with me through DMs or email. pickups take place in the kensington market area or around the UofT st george campus.
how do i place an order for a custom necklace?
to begin the process of ordering a custom, please complete the form below so i can gather the information on what you would be interested in.
from there, i can give you a price quote.
please note that all customs require a non-refundable deposit of $30 to secure your spot. this deposit will be used for the total price of the piece.
for example: if your custom piece is quoted at $90, you pay the deposit before I begin working on it and pay the remaining $60 (+ shipping if necessary) once the piece is completed.

how do i place an order for a custom ring?
customs for rings work very similarily to customs for a necklace, except that the cost of a ring will fluctuate based on how many grams of silver is needed for the casting.
